Director of operations and investor relations

Susannah Fletcher

Susannah joined Greybull as its Director of Operations and Investor Relations in 2024.  She joined the team to support the firm’s Operational functions, new investments and transactions, and managing investor relations.

She brings her industry experience to the team from her prior roles at The Carlyle Group and UBS, working in private equity and private wealth management with UHNW clients and family offices.  Susannah is passionate about cultivating client relationships and values teamwork, excellence, and innovation. Susannah is excited to bring her diverse skillset to Greybull, where she can contribute to its robust professional team.

Susannah holds a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance from North Carolina State University. She returned to North Carolina after working for a number of years further up the East Coast in Washington, DC and Philadelphia. She currently resides with her husband and their two dogs in Raleigh where they enjoy staying active and spending time with family and friends.
