Danny joined Greybull in January 2026 as the HR Operating Partner where he focuses on strategic human capital initiatives and organizational effectiveness. He brings decades of experience leading HR functions across both Fortune 500 and high-growth companies.
Prior to joining Greybull, Danny served as Head of Human Resources at Amazon One Medical, where he led teams responsible for compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations, and business partnering. During his tenure, he played a key role in guiding the organization through its IPO, multiple acquisitions, and its successful integration into Amazon.
Earlier in his career, Danny spent over 16 years at Gap Inc. in a series of senior leadership roles spanning global employee relations, HR shared services, labor relations, and corporate HR. He began his career as a labor and employment attorney, providing counsel on complex workplace matters.
Committed to giving back, he’s held non-profit board roles with both the Greater Bay Area Make A Wish organization as well as Juma Ventures, a youth-focused organization committed to breaking the cycle of poverty through education and job training. He regularly volunteers at the SF/Marin Food Bank.
Danny obtained his B.A in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree from the University of Minnesota. Currently based in San Francisco where he lives with his wife, Danny enjoys sports, the outdoors and spending time with his blended family of five adult children and two grand-kids.
