Blair Nagel

Blair joined Greybull Stewardship in 2025 as an Investments Associate. He supports the full investment lifecycle, from transaction diligence and execution to post-close monitoring, and contributes to investment memos, internal reporting, and portfolio analysis. Blair is inspired by Greybull’s mission to partner with exceptional small businesses and leaders to build enduring value and is proud to be part of a collaborative, growing firm.

Prior to Greybull, Blair worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Piper Sandler in San Francisco, where he focused on technology M&A. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with DBO Partners (acquired by Piper Sandler).

Blair earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, he is now based in Jackson, Wyoming, and enjoys hiking, golfing, and skiing.
